1. WHICH DATA ARE PROCESSED?

We process the Data that we receive from you when you register on our website lendita.microblading.education and all subdomains may be created for this domain (hereinafter “Website“).

These Data include:

• Your personal details: name and surname, city, country (state), age, e-mail address and phone number
• Your occupation (optional)
• Your note (optional)

2. FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE DATA PROCESSED?

2.1 Registration and participation

Purpose:

We process the Data you provided when you fill in form for booking on Website to register your attendance at the Training and to inform you about the Training you are registered for (date, time and address of the Training). We also process your Data to prepare personalized training material and to be able to answer on message which you sent us via form for booking on Website.

Legal Basis:

We process the Data based on your consent and for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations when you participate on the Training.

Duration:

2.2 Newsletter

Purpose:

We process the Data you provided when you signed up for the PhiStock Newsletter on Website for the purposes of direct marketing. We will send you personalized newsletters via e-mail and inform you about offers, services and events of PhiAcademy and our affiliate companies if based on your Data, we assume that this information is particularly relevant and interesting for you.

Legal Basis:

We process this Data based on your consent. You can withdraw your consent anytime by e-mail to formationphibrows@gmail.com or if you click on the unsubscribe link in every Newsletter mail.

Duration:

As long as you do not withdraw your consent. At the latest 30 days after
withdrawal of your consent all data (including backups) are deleted.

2.3   Marketing

Purpose:

We process your Data for the purpose of direct marketing for offers, services and events of PhiAcademy and its affiliates We may combine Data we or our providers have collected with Data collected by our affiliates to provide a more detailed picture of the needs and interests of our users.

Legal Basis:

We process this abovementioned Data on the basis of our legitimate interest in direct advertising and marketing.

Duration:

Your Data will be processed until you object to this processing. After an objection has been raised, we will delete your Data.

2.3   Advertising the Training

Purpose:

We also process video/photos that we take during the Training. These videos/photos are made to show future participants and interested parties what to expect of an Training. Therefore, we take pictures of the participants, for example a group photo with trainers or if they try out new treatment methods. We always make sure that participants are shown in an advantageous and never in a compromising or degrading way. We process these videos/photos for the preparation of reports on the Training, for providing information about the Training on our Website and for performing direct marketing and advertising via electronic and non-electronic means.

Legal Basis:

We process this abovementioned Data on the basis of our legitimate interest in direct advertising and marketing.

Duration:

Your Data will be processed until you object to this processing. If you object, we will either delete your Data or make you unrecognizable on the photos and videos.

Beyond that, we process your Data only as long as there is a legal obligation to do so or we need Data for the exercise or defence of legal claims.

Within PhiStock and our affiliate company PhiAcademy those employees will receive your Data, who need them for the purposes outlined above. If we are legally obliged to do so, we will also transfer your Data to public authorized bodies.

To book a place for the Training, to receive an answer on your message or newsletter – it is necessary that you provide the Data we need to fulfil our contractual obligations to you and to perform our voluntary performances and services. Those Data are marked with (*) as mandatory. Unless you provide those mandatory Data, we will generally be unable to provide our services.

5.1 Technically required Cookies

We use cookies on our Website, which are small files stored on your device (web browser).
